We are sad that our Mobile Market season has come to an end. This summer, the
Mobile Market took a huge hit with the cut of state funding for the Senior Farmers
Market Nutrition Program.   Despite a few hiccups in the season, we were still able
to fulfill our mission of providing fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables to
people in food deserts around New Haven. We were even able to help alleviate some
of the effects of SFMNP funding cuts by raising money to provide a 50% discount off
of all produce for our senior stops this past week. 

We are grateful to everyone that helped make the 2017 Mobile Market a success!
