Class 2 of Sanctuary Kitchen’s Stuffed Dishes from Around the World series was a
delicious success! We learned how to make Mantu (meat & onion filled dumplings)
and Aushak (leek filled dumplings) with Afghan refugee chefs Sharifa and Laili.

volunteer for the night, Antonia!
