Pumpkin Time!
It’s pumpkin season! Pumpkins are everywhere! If you don’t already have a bunch of pumpkins in or outside of your home,
you’re at least seeing them at every grocery store and market. Pumpkins make lovely fall decor but they make even lovelier fall dishes
and drinks!  And they are good for you — pumpkins are full of vitamin A, which aids vision, and the fiber, potassium, and vitamin C
content in pumpkin all support heart health.
So, what to do with all that pumpkin… 
Pumpkin is actually quite neutral and, therefore, versatile in its cooking application. Here are some
