Get Fermented! ++ Kimchi & Sauerkraut ++

When: Thursday May 12, 5:30-7:30pm

Where: Kitchen at CitySeed, 817 Grand Ave New Haven, CT

What: Learn the hands-on basics of making real fermented, probiotic rich sauerkraut and kimchi (spicy Korean pickled cabbage). Fermentation expert Ann Mione will share her passion and wisdom of all things fermented in this first of four workshops. Learn about the deliciousness and health benefits of feremnted foods like sauerkraut and kimchi, and how to make them easily in your own home. You will participate in making each recipe, learn variations, and take a jar of each home to ferment…and then enjoy!

Participants can attend one or many of the fermentation workshops (the other workshops will be posted shortly), each ticket sold seperately.
