Join various Sanctuary Kitchen cooks in our 2-class series and learn how to multicultural desserts in this hands-on cooking class. Meet cooks from Syria, Afghanistan, Sudan and Latin America, learn about their culinary backgrounds and inspirations, and gain insight into the experiences of new immigrants and refugees as they adjust as new residents of New Haven.  All participants will receive copies of the recipes used. Class size is limited to 15 people.

Place: Kitchen at CitySeed is located in the CitySeed office, 817 Grand Avenue, two blocks from State Street and downtown New Haven. Free parking available along Grand Avenue and on surrounding streets.
