Where: Kitchen at CitySeed, 817 Grand Ave New Haven, CT

What: Learn the hands-on basics of making delicious fermented drinks such as kombucha, ginger brew, and a turmeric lime elixir.  Fermentation expert Ann Mione will share her passion and wisdom of all things fermented in this third of four workshops. Learn about the deliciousness and health benefits of fermented probiotic and enzyme rich drinks like Kombucha, made from a green or black tea base, and effervescent elixirs made from a fruit base. Participants will make each recipe, learn variations, and take a jar of each home to ferment…and then enjoy!

Participants can attend one or many of the fermentation workshops, each ticket sold separately.
