What: Learn the hands-on basics of making real fermented, dilly beans and other delicious veggies from the summer harvest. Fermentation expert Ann Mione will share her passion and wisdom of all things fermented in this last of four workshops. Learn about the deliciousness and health benefits of feremnted foods like dilly beans, cauliflower, pickles, and how to make them easily in your own home. Participants are welcome to bring vegetables from their own gardens to use in their recipe for this class. Participants will make each recipe, learn variations, and take a jar of each home to ferment…and then enjoy!

Participants can attend one or many of the fermentation workshops, each ticket sold seperately.
