When:  Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 10:15 AM to 2:00 PM (EDT) Add to Calendar

Where:  Kitchen at CitySeed – 817 Grand Ave , New Haven, Connecticut 06511

What:  Join local chef Lucas Sin of Junzi Kitchen for a colorful walk through CitySeed’s Wooster Square Farmers’ Market, where he will show you how to shop for and then cook creative and delicious dishes from late summer market produce and combine them with items commonly found in your own fridge or pantry! This dynamic experience will be filled with your own inspiration and Chef Lucas’s tips and techniques, culminating in a sit down casual dining experience together!

You will start your class with light refreshments at the CitySeed Kitchen, then a brisk walk to the market to shop with Chef Lucas! We will then walk back to the CitySeed Kitchen for a hands-on cooking class where Lucas will teach you how to turn the bounty from the market into dishes that are fun, easy to prepare, and inspire you to make creative and seasonal recipes of your own

Space is limited to fifteen guests per class thereby helping to create an intimate environment.

Class is rain or shine! If you are not comfortable walking, you can also drive to the Wooster Square Market and meet the class there at an appointed time. Aprons will be provided – all you need to bring is your enthusiasm!
