From February 23 to 26, Yale and its partners will be holding virtual panels, workshops, and digestion sessions that cover a range of topics, from seaweed farming to next-generation land access to worker wellbeing in the face of COVID-19. Ultimately, they’ll be asking questions about how we can build a more justice-, human-, and earth-oriented food system.
On the first day of the symposium, Sanctuary Kitchen will be leading a cooking workshop and on the fourth day CitySeed’s Kitchen Program Manager, Sumiya Khan, will be on a panel discussing “Community-Based Initiatives for a Resilient Food System”! We are so excited to have representation at this year’s Yale Food Systems Symposium.
