“Cook, Dine & Discuss Food Issues” Workshop
Connecting healthcare and food justice in New Haven at COOK, DINE AND DISCUSS ISSUES OF FOOD JUSTICE, FOOD SECURITY & HEALTH workshop in the Kitchen at CitySeed earlier this week. Hosted by the Connecticut Mental Health Center’s Food and Nutrition Team and led by by Chefs Anne Gallagher and Serena Spruill, this group of healthcare workers and public health advocates/educators prepared and shared a delicious vegan meal together.
